NICE CLASSIFICATION

The Mozambican Trademark Office  issued a Notice confirming that  from 1 April 2017 the 11th Edition of the Nice classification will be applied in Mozambique to classify goods and services registered at the IPI offices.
The Notice was advertised in IP bulletin 95, of 15 March 2017.
